The license defines an Applicable Territory as worldwide except for four Excluded Territories: the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea, and the United States of America. Its grant of rights is expressly limited to the Applicable Territory. It invites parties in excluded locations to contact MiniMax for a separate license.

Outputs and responsibility
MiniMax says it claims no rights over generated outputs. That sentence does not promise that an output is copyrightable, non-infringing, safe to publish, or clear of publicity and privacy rights. The license places responsibility for outputs and subsequent use on the user.
